You can search the database by:
- Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) or North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes.
- Date of Sale.
- Annual Gross Sales (as reported by the seller on its most recent historic income statement)
- Seller’s Discretionary Cash Flows (assumes one working owner and is the net profit before taxes and any compensation to owner plus amortization, depreciation, other non-cash expense, and non-business related expense).
